Insolv
is the software package designed for insolvency professionals for insolvency professionals and is available for practices in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Cayman Islands.

Designed to deal with the complex requirements of all corporate and personal appointments from start to finish, Insolv is the solution for you.

Originally launched in Ireland in 2003, Insolv quickly became the industry standard and launched in the UK in 2007 to an overwhelming response from practitioners.

The Zero Cost Solution

Each case set up on Insolv is invoiced following your appointment and is recoverable from the assignment as an approved Category 1 disbursement (UK and Ireland only). This one off payment is the only charge you will incur over the life on the assignments. This means:

    • NO annual site licenses
    • NO cost per user
    • NO limit to the number of users
    • NO year on year fixed overhead to your practice
    • NO annual support or maintenance cost

Insolv is currently designed to manage Official Liquidations and Voluntary Liquidations of exempted limited companies with a diary and task management system, suites of standard letters, CWR forms, treasury, cashiering and dividend functions. Essentially it is both a practice management and case management tool.

The capabilities of the system are impressive and representatives from Insolv have been to Cayman to undertake training and to meet with as many people as possible to showcase the product which is intended for license to any interested practitioners.

We believe it will help continue to drive the improvement in the delivery of liquidation work in Cayman to which we are all committed.”
